WSCTF Fire Resistive Material Applicator

This course provides training in firestop systems, including various components, products, materials, and tools in combination with detailed step-by-step procedures for applying Firestop Resistant Materials (FSRM) firestop encountered in the construction industry. Techniques and methods are applied during practical use of FSRMs on penetrations, construction joints, shafts, ducts, and enclosures, as well as the methods used to select and install it to code. Safe work practices are discussed and demonstrated throughout the course.
