New Carpenters Union Training Center opens in Idaho

A new Carpenters Union Training Center is now open in Boise, giving apprentices more space, better equipment, and hands-on training from day one. The upgraded facility replaces the former Meridian training center and was built to meet the growing demand for skilled Union Carpenters as construction continues to boom across the region.

Apprentices get to work framing, building, and learning the trade the right way through hands-on instruction, mentorship, and real-world training. The four-year apprenticeship program helps set participants on a clear path to a solid career as a Union Journeyman Carpenter.
